EXPERIENCE
Structolab's resources include a founding members with decades of experience in both hands-on direct management and management of business and project controls. Our experience includes work in the many multiple diverse disciplines of the industry of building construction.

ROOT CAUSE AND FORENSIC ANALYSIS
Using both industry-wide methodologies such as 6-Sigma, ISO 17025, iterative monitoring and evaluation, and firm specific methodologies such as First Principals as applied to test culling, investigations are initiated to determine the root cause(s) of the situation or condition. Such analysis will in most cases lead to more efficient or longer term corrective actions.
